Dear guardians,

As the first semester examination dates are approaching, and to allow our students ample time to study and get ready for this occasion, school hours will be from 7:00 until 12:30 (upper elementary stage) from Sunday 6/3/1436 H (28/12/2014) until Wednesday 9/3/1436 H (31/12/2014). As for Thursday 10/3/1436 H (1/1/2015) school hours will be from 7:00 until 11:50.

Moreover, we would like to stress the importance of coming to school to ensure the completion of the syllabus. Therefore, we urge guardians to follow up their sons and prompt them to show up for their benefit, to maintain their attendance scores, and avoid disrupting the school operation.

We would also like to draw your kind attention to the following:-

1. The Second Semester Written Examinations for the scholastic year 1435-1436 H (2014-2015) for the upper elementary stage (International Track) commence on Sunday 13/3/1435 H (4/1/2015) according to handed out schedules.
2. The exams commence daily at 7:30, students are to report to school at 7:15, and tardiness will not be tolerated.
3. The examination schedule indicates the beginning and end of these exams, and guardians are kindly requested to pick up their sons promptly. As for students who commute by school buses, they would be shuttled back and forth according to the time schedule informed to them by the Services Section. 
4. Bringing mobile phones to school is strictly prohibited and students who fail to abide by this rule will have their phones confiscated.
5. End of Semester vacation for the year 1435-1436 H (2014-2015) starts at the end of the first semester End exam according to the distributed schedules.
6. Students of all stages will receive their report cards from class advisors on Monday 6/4/1436 H (26/1/2015).
7. School will resume for the Second Semester for the scholastic year 1435/1436 H (2014/2015) on Sunday at 7:00 5/4/1436H (25/1/2015) and students are urged to arrive promptly.
